FAQ
Good to know.
Are you the courier?
No. Parcelle is an independent website. We help you work out which courier your number may belong to and point you to its official tracking page. We can’t move, redirect or claim for a parcel.
Can you always tell which courier it is?
Not always. Some formats belong to one company, but others are shared by several. When we can’t be sure, we show you the likely couriers and say so. Your order email or receipt should name the right one.
Does this site show live tracking?
Not directly. The most up-to-date scan is on the courier’s own website, so that is where we send you. For a postal number we can also explain what each part means and catch typing mistakes.
A message says I must pay a fee to release my parcel.
Be careful. This is one of the most common delivery scams. Don’t use the link in the message. Go to the courier’s official website yourself and enter your number there.
Why can’t my tracking number be found?
It may be too soon after the label was created, mistyped, or being searched on the wrong courier’s site. Our guide explains what to try, in order.
Is my tracking number stored?
No. Recognising your number happens in your own browser. It isn’t sent to our website, and we don’t keep a list of the numbers people check.
